A short art film, Dir. by Hicham Gardaf (2022).

A meditation on the experience of nostalgia, memory of home and the in-between state in which immigrants often find themselves in.

The soundtrack for this film was created by digitally processing and manipulating recordings of Moroccan instruments such as the guembri (a three stringed bass) and the Berber flute. Additional sounds were created using the Synplant plugin by Sonic Charge.
