An open and adaptable system for group improvisation.

 

Inspired by the structural strength of triangles, TRIANGLING is an open system for group improvisation built around three independent voices and their evolving interactions. It offers a safe framework that invites performers—especially those with little or no improvisation experience like the Clarion Trio—to experiment, take ownership, and develop their own expressive voice within an ensemble. 

Commissioned for The Clarion Trio by Contemporary Music for All (CoMA) as part of Connect The Dots 2025.
